Returns

• We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
• To initiate a return, email us at info@skinsleeve.in with your order number and reason for return.
• *Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for shipping the item back.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products (e.g. printed tattoo skins)
• Used or opened tattoo needles, cartridges, inks, or hygiene-related items
• Items returned after the 7-day return period
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refunds:

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Skin Sleeve is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send clear photos and a description of the issue to [your email address], and we will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.
